You remember in The End of Evangelion where that giant head split in two, and the top half slowly slid off and fell into the ocean? Yeah. Feels kind of like that. (If you haven't seen it yet, don't worry - I didn't spoil anything for ya. Hell, I could try my best to spoil it and you still wouldn't have the slightest idea what the hell was going on...)
Even without the migrane, my neck is not only shooting red-hot bolts of pure pain from the base of my skull to my shoulderblades, it's stiff and uncomfortable to say the least. Haven't been sleeping because of it. When I do manage to doze off, I fall asleep sometime in the wee hours of the morning only to be awakened by my mother at noon for lunch. Sounds like a lot, but it's so restless that I wake up more exhausted than I was when I lied down.
Wide awake now. No sense even trying for sleep at this point. And to think one of my goals this New Years was to get back on schedule, get back into a routine. The year's far too young for me to give up on that resolution, but on the other hand, there's not much point in setting an alarm clock if you may not even have gotten to sleep yet by the time it goes of.
And I need to take my 70-290 test Monday. I can't concentrate because of my splitting headache, but I still got to re-read those books and take practice tests anyways. Can't put it off any longer.
Looks like I might just have to dip into my emergency Loritab supply and lie low till it's time for school tomorrow night.
