If you were in perfect shape (not to say that you aren't), what would be your extreme sport of choice?
Parkour. The art of displacement. I'm so obsessed with it at present that I'm already trying to learn how to do some of the basics, despite being far from perfect.
Unfortunately, while all activities look far easier when performed by trained professionals, I believe that free running may suffer from this phenomenon worst of all. A subpar golfer can still play. A lousy bowler can still bowl and have fun doing so. But trying to practice parkour basically involves running full speed into walls and falling off of things while a lot of people gather to watch and laugh.
